What We Cover

  • Howden AeroFlow-manufactured fans and blowers (all series, all vintage)
  • Third-party fans where we can obtain original performance data or conduct field testing
  • VFD retrofit and integration for motors up to 2,000 kW
  • Vibration diagnostics on any rotating equipment (not limited to fans)

Known Limitations

  • On-site service response time depends on regional office proximity — 24-48 hours in North America and Europe, 3-5 business days in regions without a local service base
  • Reverse engineering of legacy fans requires physical measurement and may add 4-8 weeks to spare parts delivery
  • ATEX-certified repairs must be performed at our certified facilities — field repairs are limited to non-ATEX components
  • Efficiency guarantee on retrofit upgrades applies only when the existing ductwork system resistance is within ±15% of the design curve
